Who we are
LBY Consulting was founded by Heather Yost, who has over a decade of experience in the SaaS industry, leading and growing support and success teams of all shapes and sizes. She has led support and success at the award-winning ABM shop Agent3, the recently acquired government SaaS solution OpenGov, beloved time-tracking software Harvest, and multi-million dollar ARR private company insights software Crunchbase.
She has built support and success functions from the ground up, moved them from 0-1, scaled and improved them while securing fundraising, and revitalized stale processes to ensure the company provided delight with every customer engagement.
Does LBY stand for something?
LBY are the initials of our firm’s official mascot - Little Bear Yost (pictured). He was Heather’s faithful Bernese Mountain Dog, and a delight. He would appear on almost every Zoom call, as he took his role as Chief Interruption Officer (CIO) very seriously.
Little Bear at the end of one of his walks - always with a smile, and more or less slobber, depending on the temperature.
